The safety and privacy of the data you store in ProjectLocker is our top priority here at ProjectLocker. So we want to give you one more weapon for your security arsenal.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enhances the security of your ProjectLocker account by requiring a physical token in addition to your password to login.

Once you enable MFA on your account, logging in will require you to have your smartphone handy to enter a special time-limited code that only you can access.

So why add an extra step to your login? To make it harder to compromise your account:

• Someone who looks over your shoulder in an airport to get your password can't make changes to your account
• An rogue teammate who sees you type your password will also need your smartphone to login as you
• A disgruntled contractor won't be able to impersonate you and give himself administrator access

So MFA enhances the security of your account and helps protect the integrity of your sensitive data.
